Enroll in the HEART Study
Your teen can enroll in the HEART study and also learn to build healthy relationships from educators and peers.
This is a research study to learn what teens (ages 14-19) on the autism spectrum, including Asperger’s, know about sexual health. Half of the teens in the study will be asked to take part in a program. The HEART program puts teens in small groups to build skills for healthy relationships using theater, role play, games, and active discussions.
Your teen may be eligible, and waitlists are open. Anyone interested will answer a few questions to see if they are a good fit for this research study.
